Atlantic Paint cannot offer returns or exchanges on products that meet any of the following criteria:
  • Paint or coatings that have been tinted (this means you have asked us to lighten or darken a standard colour to customize it)
  • Supplies, brushes or equipment that have been taken out of the package, used in any way or show signs of wear
  • If the product was purchased more than 14 days ago
  • Custom or direct-order items
Eligible for Returns or Exchange
A product must be unopened, un-tinted, without any customizations, unused and purchased within 14 days of the sales receipt.
Defective Products
Customers have 24 hours to submit a claim on any defective products.
Processing Your Return
Products can be shipped or dropped off in person at the Atlantic Paint store by the customer. Currently, we do not offer free pickup or delivery for exchanges/returns.
We do not accept cash at this time.
Received the Wrong Product?
If you think you’ve received the wrong colour than what you ordered, you need to contact us within 48 hours to receive an exchange or refund.
It's important to note that while digital and printed chips are accurate reflections of the colour, they may not be an accurate reflection of how they will look in your space. Paint colours respond differently to each surface and look different under various types of artificial and natural lighting, which is why we encourage everyone to test colour selections prior to painting with a ColourKit paint sample.
